TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All rates are in US dollars (nett) at current exchange rate and subject to change without notice.

A 30 % advance deposit of total amount must be received at time of booking confirmation balance must be sent at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. For individual travellers or groups of less than ten persons, the full payment must be done at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Payment must be done by swift transfer ( telegraphic transfer ) . All details will be specified on invoice at the time of payment.


ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A SERVICE CHARGE.

• If cancelled 30 days or more prior to commencement of services, no penality will be charged,unless it is stipulated otherwise by J.P. TRAVEL
• If cancelled 30-15 days prior to commencement of services, 10 % of total tours price will be charged.
• If cancelled 7-14 days prior to commencement of services, 50 % of total tours price will be charged.
• If cancelled less than 7 days prior to commencement of services, the total tours price will not be refundable.
  
  

MEKONG CONNECTION acts only as agent for transportation companies, hotels, restaurants and all other contractors. We cannot be held liable for any injury, damage or loss to person or property, additional expense, accidental delays or any other irregularity which may be caused either through willfull or negligent acts of omission on the part of the companie or individual providing or engaged in transportation on land, sea or air, accomodation or other services relating to the execution of the tour, or through natural calamities or government restrictions, strikes or other factors beyond our control.


Participation in our tours implies the client’s agreement to the above conditions.
